By visiting our platform, creating an account, submitting or browsing a listing, sending an enquiry, contacting a seller or developer, or purchasing any subscription or paid service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be of legal age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use Needtoday Realty services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information updated. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we detect misuse, inaccurate registration information, fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or any conduct that poses risk to other users or the platform.

2. Property Listings and User Content

All users — including individual sellers, agents, channel partners, builders, and developers — are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information they publish on the platform. This includes property descriptions, prices, availability status, ownership details, location information, images, videos, floor plans, regulatory approvals, RERA registration, amenities, and all contact information.

By submitting content to Needtoday Realty, you confirm that you have full rights to publish that content and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, store, format, distribute, and promote it as part of our services. We may edit, reject, remove, or moderate any content that appears inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, duplicate, offensive, or inconsistent with our listing standards, at our sole discretion.

3. Verification and Platform Role

Needtoday Realty is a technology platform that facilitates the discovery, listing, comparison, and enquiry process for real estate. We may carry out quality checks and moderation to improve the standard of listings, but we do not act as a real estate broker, agent, or legal advisor. We do not guarantee that every property detail, document, image, price, availability status, regulatory approval, or representation published on the platform is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

All users — particularly buyers, tenants, and investors — are strongly advised to independently verify property ownership, title documents, RERA registration, encumbrance status, land approvals, dimensions, pricing, applicable taxes, possession timelines, builder track records, legal documentation, and all other material facts before making any financial commitment, booking, or legal agreement.

4. Enquiries, Communications, and Transactions

When you submit an enquiry, request a callback, express interest in a listing, share contact details, or interact with a property or developer profile, your information may be shared with the relevant seller, agent, developer, builder, relationship manager, or service partner so that they can respond to your request. Needtoday Realty facilitates the connection but is not a party to any subsequent communication, negotiation, site visit, booking, agreement, payment, or transaction between you and the property provider.

All negotiations, agreements, payments, and real estate transactions are conducted directly between the parties involved. Needtoday Realty is not a party to any sale, rent, lease, brokerage, booking, or financing arrangement unless this is expressly stated in a separate signed written agreement with us.

5. Subscriptions, Paid Services, and Promotions

Certain features of the platform are available as paid subscriptions, featured listing placements, promotional packages, advertising products, or pay-per-lead arrangements. The specific features, duration, pricing, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions for each offering will be clearly presented at the time of purchase or activation.

Payments made for subscriptions and promotional services are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the specific plan terms explicitly state otherwise. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any paid feature or plan, with reasonable advance notice to affected users where practical.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Needtoday Realty platform in any way. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: publishing false, misleading, or duplicate property listings; impersonating any individual, agent, developer, or business; uploading images, documents, or media you do not have rights to use; scraping, copying, or reproducing platform data without permission; attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems or user accounts; interfering with platform security or availability; sending unsolicited messages or spam; collecting user contact information without consent; and using the platform for any fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Needtoday Realty name, logo, brand identity, platform interface, design system, software, databases, content architecture, graphics, and all platform features are the intellectual property of Needtoday Realty and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform, its branding, or its content without prior written authorisation, except as permitted under normal personal use of the services.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may include hyperlinks to external websites, integrations with third-party tools, advertisements, payment gateways, map services, analytics providers, communication platforms, or partner services operated by independent companies. Needtoday Realty has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Needtoday Realty, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, reliance on listing information, communication with other users, service interruptions, data loss, unauthorised account access, or the conduct of third parties.

We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. We do not guarantee successful transactions, buyer or seller performance, property availability, investment returns, accuracy of listed prices, or the legal validity of any property claim, registration, or representation made by third parties on our platform.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Needtoday Realty and its owners, directors, employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and legal expenses arising out of or related to: your use of the platform; content or listings you submit; your communications or transactions with other users; your violation of these Terms and Conditions; or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these terms, submitted inaccurate or unlawful content, misused paid services, attempted to harm other users or the platform, or created reputational or legal risk. Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time by deactivating their account or ceasing to access the service.
